What is Psychotherapy?

Psychotherapy is a mental health therapy to include talk therapy. Multiple modalities may be used to include: client centered therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy(CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing, Gestalt therapy, IFS, and/or others dependent on client  need. Other therapies may be recommended to utilize alongside of talk therapy such as yoga, sound, massage, and/or other healing modalities. 

In these sessions we focus on your mental health issues, to include behavioral symptoms. We can process through life stressors, relationship issues, major life changes, or anything that  is impacting your life in a significant way. Together we can process thoughts and emotions , and improve symptoms and functioning.


Currently, we can accept cash pay rates at $90/ 50 minute sessions. We can also take most major insurance-please inquire if using insurance.
